Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided; a flat return fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective tissue and dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
